What is the minimum percentage I have to get in JEE main to get approved for NIT??? And also in JEE advanced???

For JEE advanced you need to just qualify JEE main exam, since for JEE advance JEE main is considered as a qualifying exam only.
For JEE main if you want to get admitted in NITs then marks obtained depends on category..

• General category- marks > 110
• OBC category-marks >87
• SC/ST - >60

Also...you get extra advantage for NITs that NiT have home state quota, due to which relaxation is given to candidate who belong to home state nits

See for getting a seat in the good Colleges like NITs IIITs or GFTIs for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under the btech courses u should be scoring above the 96% percentile in the jeeains exam. For getting qualified for the JEE ADVANCED u must have eto clear the cut off score , this time it is 89% for general category.
