According to the previous year statistics, we can easily analysis for sc candidate if you 30-50 marks you can easily clear to jee mains but you can't be fully satisfied with these marks you should try to get maximize marks to get a good college which directly affects your future.

As this system is implemented first time so it can not be predicted exactly that what will be the cut offs.
And also the cut offs will depend upon April exam and other various conditions. So you have to wait till April exam results.
But try to secure atleast 80+ percentile for qualifying ( may vary as I said; it will depend upon various factors).
But to secure a good college you have to secure a good rank and for this percentile should be 95+ .
