For getting CSE in NITs you need to have your general rank under 12000. So crossponding percentile to the rank will be around 98.75. So this is the required percentile. But remeber this is just an estimation the actual result may very.

You should have atleast 98 percentile score from general category to grab a seat in CSE branch at any good NIT. You can get seat at any average or lower NITs at a percentile score of around 96 pecentile in JEE Mains 2019. So i will suggest you to score this much to get a seat in cse at any NIT.
