Nurses are the very important person for a hospital because they take care of the patient when the doctors are unavailable. Whether a doctor is available in a hospital or not a nurse always there in the hospital for any emergency and they studied and passed certain medical knowledge to treat the patient if they have minor issues. So as I explained above there are two type of patient available in the hospital male and female and sometimes it is good to have a male nurse in the hospital so that they take care the male patient because at certain conditions male nurses are required. So it is now a days necessary and demanding.
