First of all you need to have 50 percentile or its equivalent 340 score in neet pg exam. And aspirant should have rank 60,000 or less to qualify or get a seat confirmed in govt colleges. Moreover preference will given to those candidates who have secured more marks in their mbbs exams. Check the below link for more details.
