Multiple Choice based questions

Total Marks;

300 marks

Marking Scheme;

3 marks awarded for each correct answer

No negative marking for wrong attempts

The exact exam schedule for SRMHCAT 2019 will be mentioned on the admit card of candidates.

The candidates will have to appear for the exam along with their admit card at their allotted test centres only.

SRMHCAT 2019 Pattern
SRMHCAT comprises 100 questions carrying 300 Marks. The Medium of language for question papers will be English only.

SRMHCAT will be conducted in both Offline (Pen and Paper Based Examination) and Online (Computer Based Examination)

For B.Com., MBA (Integrated) B.LIS, M.A (English) and M.LIS Courses entrance examination would be conducted only in offline mode.
For MBA & M.Tech. Courses entrance examination would be conducted only in online mode.
For B.Tech. the entrance examination would be held online as well as the offline mode and they can choose their exam mode as per their preference and convenience.
Note: There is No Negative Marking for wrong responses.
