if you have passed 10th or 12th from a recognized board, you are eligible to apply.
There is no fixed percentage required for admission in many government and private ITIs.
Some ITIs may ask for at least 35% to 40% marks in 10th or 12th, especially if there are more applicants.
Admission is mostly given on merit basis (your marks) or first come first serve in some private ITIs.

So, if you have passed 10th or 12th, you can apply for ITI COPA.
