As there will be two JEE Mains exams this year, so after one exam only the percentile has been released right now.
However, after the second exam takes place, everyone will get to know their ranks on the official website only.
The marks needed to qualify will be out after the second exam only which will take place sometime in April.

JEE Main exam is being conducted twice for the first time and this year scores will be normalized on the basis of two attempts so it is difficult to tell you the qualifying percentile for Advanced.
It's difficult to tell you the exact qualifying marks for JEE Advanced Eligibility but if you are getting more than 85 percentile score then you have decent chances to qualify for JEE Advanced.
