Hey,
The figures are never constant and keep on fluctuating to a larger extent. Along with that there are multiple boards that conducts or teacher higher secondary education so I don't think an estimate is easy to make about it.
But I believe these days the trend to choose science is deviating to other streams also. Students along with their parents have started seeing other career options equally therefore the pressure to choose SCIENCE has reduced a lot. You can choose as per your parents.
Rought saying you can say 40-50% people might choose science after their 10th.
