Hello Kaushi,
B category of OBC means that you are not from Non Creamy Layer hence you will be considered in open category when applying for any college admission entrances in India. As far as Medical branch is concerned, the fee structure varies from college to college ranging from 35000 per year in Gandhi Medical College to 3 or 4 lakhs in a top Private institution.
