Hello,
Conducting a special round depends upon several factors like how many seats were left after various rounds of counseling. The chances clearly depend upon that only. Right now the counseling for admission in varoous NITs, IIITs and GFTIs are not over yet. So, I think predicting whether there would be a special round or not would be very difficult to say for now.
