what is the procedure for 2counselling? if I do not take any seat in the 1counselling do i still stand a chance of appearing in the 2coun.?

Yes you have still chance to appear for second counselling, and you have got good rank in MFM exam and there is still chance to get seat in Mumbai Campus and also plan to select other colleges in counselling for safety. So all the best for your studies and future.
