What is the procedure for Rajasthan second round. There is no clarity. We are already enrolled in first round. We have to report directly??

If u have got good college in first counselling then pay the fees and don't go for second counseling.
But if u are getting a better college in second counseling then u have to pay the fees for 2 nd college and also withdraw from your previous college.
