Hello candidate!
So, if you are asking about all india quota then there will be no mopup round for state government college, vacant seats of state Colleges will transfered to state quota,only aiims, amu, bhu, and deemed college will be available.
If you have done registration already in 1or2 round you don't need to register again and if not then you can register (remember this will be last chance of registration, even for stray vacancy round) , procedure will be followed same as round 1&2.
