what is the procedure to quit one collage and join better collage in next year

Dear Preethi ,

Yes  you can change your college after completing your 1st year.
if you really want to change your college 1st you have to inform to the college administration/management. they will ask you to pay all the 4years fee or they will ask for the 1year fees it will depends upon college and then after they will give your certificates. Before that You have to write an application for what reason you should wants to change your college with proper explanation then only they will give to your permission .
Then after  they will give you your certificates. and you have to take NOC(NO OBJECTIOB CERTIFICATE) from that college and  now you have to take another NOC in which college  your are interested to study .They will give you an NOC if there is a vacant seat in their college. if there are no vacant seat then he cant give you the NOC..

after takin that certificate then you have to submit both these certificates and you can continue in other college.. so in this way you can change your college

1important point is you can change your college but you cant change your UNIVERSITY
