Yes, you can definitely appear in COMEDK and apply! You will have no problems whatsoever during counseling. In fact, the whole purpose of COMEDK is to provide non-Karnataka students an opportunity to study in Engineering and Medical colleges in Karnataka.

FOR ARCHITECTURE COLLEGES IN KARNATAKA YOU NEED A GOOD SCORE IN NATA or other ELIGIBILE exam as the no. of seats for architecture is very less as compared to B.Tech.
