Hello Aryan Gupta, the fee for CSAB special round is refundable. If you got a seat in the special round, then you have to surrender, and your fee will be refunded after deduction of 5000 rupees. And if you had not alloted any seat, then your fee will be refunded after deducting 1500 rupees.
