Hello. Well, it depends on the post you are applying for. For instance, if you are applying for the post of a faculty, you should have minimum qualification requirements as mentioned by the Institute. Moreover, you need to have research papers published in renowned journals. The process includes two to three rounds of interviews depending upon the college. For some top institutes, even written tests are conducted. Moreover, recommendations also work.

For all the other posts, generally there is only one round of direct interviews.
