Dear Aspirant,
Qualification for applying in civil services is to hold a graduation degree from a recognised university or college.However there can be some relaxation for some conditions like who are waiting for their graduation result but they must provide it at the time of appearing for main exam.
Eligibility for civil services are that candidate must be above 21 years and upper limit for age is 32.Date of birth must fall after August 02,1987 and not later than August 01,1998.There is some relaxation for reserved category like SC/ST/OBC upto more five year and three year for OBC.
