Nothing can be said definitely until the final merit list is released. But going on the past year trends, the expected cutoff percentile for SC/ ST/ PWD would be in the range of 40-70 percentile. I would say to be safe a percentile of 60+ would be a good enough to qualify for JEE Advanced in your category. For OBC NCL, the cutoff percentile would be between 45-70 and general candidates (Common Rank List) can expect 85-90 to be a safe percentile.
