Hello,
There will be no minimum and maxumun packages at iit.
It depends on the company and candidate.
Some companies come to campus placements after fixing the package, here there will be a fixed package and name of the post, before attending for the test/interview.
Some other companies comes without any fixed package and decides the package based on the candidate.
In iits it's not that everyone get placed at the end, there may be few candidates who don't get placed in the campus.
