The hearing for CMC Vellore admissions for 2017-18 has noe been adjourned to February 23rd. At this juncture, it looks like the admissions won't be carried out for the first year MBBS despite whatever the Court rules. The best case scenario will be if CMC allows candidates who have completed first year MBBS at other reputed institutions to join from the second year onwards through some separate selection process but the chances of this happening are highly unlikely.

I would recommend that if you are really keen on getting admissions to CMC Vellore, appear for NEET 2018 and clear it with the best possible marks. CMC Vellore will be holding admissions on the basis of NEET marks only, but the rest of the admission process will be known through the SC verdict.
