What is the scholarship amount I will get for the further studies in India?

As such there aren't many definitive scholarship for further studies for everyone in India. However there are some liberations for SC , ST community but that also varies from state to state. You can check in with the student section cell of your college to know about any such local opportunities.

There are many educational Assistance and Programs run by the Govt and different boards for the meritorious students those want to make career by doing master’s and further studies in India. If you are from the Science, Commerce or Arts background and completed master’s Degree like master’s in arts or Science or Commerce. You can avail the Scholarship and Fellowship for the Studies.

The UGC NET Exam is conducted for those having interest in the lectureship and Research program. To apply in National Eligibility Test, you need at least 55 % marks in the master’s and then only you are eligible for the Exam. There are two options in the NET Exam – To apply for the Lectureship or to apply for the JRF

The Cutoff marks for the Lectureship program are low as compared to the Cutoff marks for JRF. If you qualify the NET JRF Exam you can avail the UGC Fellowships worth more than 25000 INR per month. The age limit to avail the Scholarship is only 30 years (35 years for the female and Reserved category candidates).
