Although getting a good pay package would depend upon various factors :

1- Your college brand:Getting a top college will automatically increase your chances of getting a 6-digit salary. Pursuing Computers Science from any random college will not solve the purpose and you would end up getting somewhere around 25 k.

2- Your college grades: Your CV reflects your grades and might leave an impression on your interviewer.

3- Knowledge of languages: C++ and JAVA are two software which is generally taught in school if you have CS. Your interviewer will expect much more. Technical + HR round is crucial in getting you a high paying job.Hope this was helpful!
