bioinformatics is a rapidly growing career field and an emerging scientific discipline.current biological labs and medical labs use methods that produce extremely large data sets which cannot be analyzed by hand . thus modern biological and medical research and development cannot be done without bioformatics. you have vast varieties of job profiles in this field such as

- bioinformatics software developer
you can reach upto a high package of 20-30 lakhs per annum. so, bioinformatics is definitely a fast growing field with ample and good earning job oppertunities.
