Hello, greetings to you. I assume you're asking about UG courses. The cutoff for admissions to IITs changes each year. However, the range of marks that should be aimed by a SC student should be between 50-65. In terms of percentage, even if you get 40% in JEE advance, you will be easily getting IITs with mechanical branch.
