Hope you are doing great. The Admission and eligibility criteria for the BA courses and the students must clear their 12th board exam from a recognized board or from the institutes. The eligibility criteria is that a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the class of 12 Board examination and for the students from SC/ST students a relaxation 5% will be given on total of colleges/ Institutions.

For any colleges the selection criteria differs and some on merit and few on the entrance test according to the institutes.

So with regard to your query, the selection criteria for the NA courses will basically be the marks secured in the 12thboard exams. However, some of the colleges like central universities conducts entrance exams for the purpose of admissions. These includes CUCET and CUET DUET etc.,. Students will be placed into this universities through the merit scored in their entrance exams.
