What is the selection procedure of BOB PO 2018?

BOB PO will be conducted by Bank of Baroda. Candidates will have to take an online test. Qualifying candidates of this online test will be called for GD/PI (group discussion and personal interview). Candidates who qualify GD/PI will enter a 9 month banking and finance programme in Baroda Manipal School of Banking. After completing this programme candidates will be appointed as Probationary Officers in branches of BOB. Then they will undergo a 3 month Work Integrated Learning Programme (probation period). After the successful completion of this 3 month period candidates will be given Post Graduate Diploma Certificate in banking and finance by Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE).

IBPS PO exam ( the unsure way ). You would have to give PO exam conducted by IBPS. While applying you would have to rank various banks which hire PO's using scores on IBPS exam, where you would probably choose Bank Of Baroda as 1st choice and other banks as per preference. Post the selection process of IBPS, you would be placed with a Bank as PO. Though, it might not be the bank of your 1st preference.
