The starting salary in biotech ranges from 2,60,000 to 4,80,000 depending upon which company you are joining.
Companies like serium institute of India give 3,40,000 to 7 lakh plus per annum, while companies like ITC give 2,80,000 to 5,40,000 per annum.
In pharmaceuticals companies the pay is high in comparison to other multidimensional companies like ITC.
But if you become research scientist you will get around 6 lakh per month.
