According to data from the national board of examination ,from 2015 to 2018 the total pass percentage of this exam is 14.22% with only 8731 out of 61,418 candidates.
So you can imagine how tough the exam was and the scenario is that this exam were conduct 2 times in a year and still candidates can't able to crack. Exam level is difficult but proper preparation will only help you out.

Most of the aspirants complain that the standard of the FMGE exam has been raised to post-graduate level over the past few years.
Aspirants claim that the exam is too tough and of the post-graduate level which makes it difficult for them to qualify the exam despite several attempts.
