Hi
NTA score in respective subjects does not matter at all, all that matters here is your overall score, so if you have scored above 97 percentile, you are in a safer zone, ie all you need to score is around 130/300 to get any NIT, but to qualify jee main, it depends on your category.
Hi,
The cutoff is the minimum percentile required to get eligible to write JEE Advanced. The last year cutoff for different categories in JEE Main for being eligible to write JEE Advanced is following:
- General......89.75 percentile
- OBC........74.31
- EWS.......78.21
- SC..........54.01
- ST..........44.33
- PwD......0.11
To get NIT you have to get a good score much more than this cutoff percentile for JEE Advanced unless you belong to very reserved categories. To check the cutoff for different branches in different NITs you can check the link below:

All the best.
