Human Resource Management also known as HRM, is a sub-branch of Business and Management Studies. If you aspire to work as an HR you must pursue MBA or MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management. It is Post Graduate level course for which the minimum education qualification is Bachelor's Degree in any field. After passing in the Bachelor Degree you will qualify for admission in MBA. There are various management entrance examination that you can choose to appear to pursue the preferred course. Few entrance examinations are enlisted here
