What kind of profile would get me into the Harvard or Yale 2+2 MBA programme?

Hi, Looking at the previous intake, the profile of 2+2 at Harvard would be:
GPA: 3.5+
GMAT:730 plus
Preferably from STEM through 40% from other streams and had got through in the last intake. Very good extracurricular and involved work experience. It would be similar for Yale. Good Luck.

As I am from India,my percentage is based on CGPA on a scale of 1 to 10 and so how these top business schools would evaluate my undergraduate percentage from their perspective(in terms of GPA)?
Please do not convert your CGPA to GPA. Report your scores as in official transcripts. The university as its own mechanism to convert/interpret the scores. Incase you want to convert your scores, do it from 3rd party organisation such as WES ( www.wes.org), who do it officially for a premium.
