Munimum marks in NEET 2018 for admission is 119 (50th percentile) for UR category. But your admission will depend on which college you are applying to (the cutoff that the college decides) and the competition (how many people with similar ranks/higher ranks are applying). Usually goverment colleges take in students with higher marks (500+). But again, it depends on which college you are applying to, your domicile etc.
