The previous year NEET cutoff marks are in between 570 to 590 among the different colleges in Tamil Nadu for All India Quota. So, you have to score about 600 marks to secure a seat in these colleges.

To secure your seat through AIQ a very good rank will be required. Talking in terms of marks aroung 500-550 marks are a must so that you secure your seat in a good medical college.
