Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 440 marks to get into a government medical college in telangana via state quota counselling. Talking about the cutoff rank, you need to rank within 62,000 to get a government seat.
For all India quota counselling you need to score a minimum of 560 or 570 to get a government college in telangana.
