You haven't mentioned the Category you belong to. UP is one of the States with highest cut offs and so 320 might be less for MBBS, BDS. If you belong to Reserved Categories, then you might have chances in Ayush Courses. But if you have decided about studying Medicine, you have to reappear for NEET in 2021 and score real good. That will be the only option because with this score, you cannot even get Private Medical Colleges. So you may have to consider appearing for NEET 2021.
