The National Testing Agency (NTA) has not yet announced the cut-off percentile for qualifying JEE (Mains) examination 2021. Looking at the previous year's cut-off i.e. 2020, for SC candidates it was 50.17 . In 2019, the cut-off for SC candidates to qualify JEE (Mains) was 54.01 . For 2021, the expected cut-off will be around 50-55. You can go to the following link to know more:
