what percentage I should get in jee advance,so that I can get 5000 rank (general category)???

As such, the percentage of marks varies every year based on several factors such as the difficulty level of the paper and the relative performance of the students. Also the maximum marks also vary, and so do the number of students qualifying for Advanced.

However, based on the trends of the past few years, you need to score somewhere between 40% to 55% to come just under 5000.

Remember, this is subject to change every year so don't rely on the trend and try to score to the best of your potential.
