Hello Aspirant,
As for IAS Prelims exam the cut- off Marks for all the categories are :-
GENERAL- near about 96 to 98
OBC- near about 93-95
SC/ST- near about 79 to 81
As these cutoffs are on the basis of previous years cutoffs marks.
