Definitely class 12th!
But you need to look out well for the following topics from class 11th.
Chemistry :
- General Organic chemistry
- Isomerism
- Thermodynamics(Common in Physics) n Equilibrium
- Structure of Atom (Common in Physics with Modern physics)
Maths :
- Conic section n coordinate geometry.
- Trigonometry
- Complex numbers
Physics :
- WPE & Rotation
- S.H.M. & Waves oscillations
