What percentage of degree holders get the job?
Dear Sandeep, 95% of the jobs that are in the market today expect you to have a minimum qualification of graduation. Without graduation, your higheat qualification becomes 10+2. You hardly get any white collar jobs with 10+2 qualification. With the demand in jobs being greater than ever, sometimes even a Graduation doesn't seem enough. For the same kind of profile where Graduation is required, even Post Graduates and Junior Research Fellows also apply. In that process, the most qualified candidate is selected. Unless it is a low profile job that you want to settle for, Graduation is important to apply for any job.
