Yes will get IIIT -A for sure as you have high percentile so you can choose any course there , according to me go for CSE,OR IT, or ECE,EE engineering , chemical ,civil engineering ,you have all the options available because of your percentile. BEST OF LUCK.

With 99.02 percentile in JEE Main, you may expect your AIR to be around 10000-12000.
