What r central universities & national institutes? Are both of them govt?If they r govt, only then I will fill them in choice filling.

All the institutes like Indian Institute of Technology, National Institute of Technology, Indian Institute of Information Technology are fully central government controlled institutes and other Government Funded Technical Institutes may be semi government or government depending on College to college. Central Universities are either central government controlled or state government controlled and all these institutes have high standard of education and low fee structure. Hope this helps!
