The list of documents is mentioned below
1. You should have the final print out of the Online Application Form. The soft copy of application form will not be considered
2. Application fees should have been paid and you need to carry the proof of payment.
3. They do require UG NEET 2019 Admission Ticket and UGNEET-2019 Score Card. Therefore you should have both.
4. SSLC / 10th Standard Marks Card is mandatory.
5. And also 2nd PUC / 12th Standard Marks Card is mandatory.
6. it's also necessary to have Study Certificate counter signed by the concerned BEO / DDPI
7. TWO recent passport size photographs are required.
If applicable the following documents should be produced,
