If your score is between 60 and 80, your expected rank might be in the range of 40,000 to 60,000, depending on how tough the paper. With that rank you might get top colleges may not be available for CSE or ECE.

But you can still get seats in decent local private colleges for branches like Civil, Mechanical, EEE, etc.

Look out for spot round or management quota if you’re aiming for better branches.
