To get admission in HBTU you should have around 150 marks in JEE Main for top branches. For further information you can go through with given below link. The cut off varies branch to branch and you have not mentioned which particular branch you belong to so I am assuming you must have asked for CS/IT/ME so it would be under 20-25K.
