What rank should I get in jee advanced to get seat in iipe Visakhapatnam.I am obc,female???

Hello Aspirant,
To get admission into INDIAN INSTITUTE OF
PETROLEUM ENGINEERING you need to score above
cut-off rank to ensure that you get seat in desired
college.
Cut-off rank for JEE Advanced 2019 will be out along
with result.
For petroleum engineering you need to get 5220 rank
For chemistry engineering you need to get 5120 rank.
However cut-off is subjected to change based on

• Number of candidates

• Number of vacancies

• Difficulty of question paper

Hi, It is around 14000 for the chemical branch and 13000 for petroleum branch. Hope this info is useful to you.

Hello dear

As this is new institute ; so the cut offs may fluctuate a lot as in year 2018 and 2017 the cut off differs alot .

In 2017 cut offs goes around 8-9 thousand ( category rank ) and in 2018 it was around 5-6 thousand and 25-30 thousand and 16-18 thousand general rank respectively .

And also there is only 2 branch available ; seeing past years trends you need to secure rank under 4-6 thousand category rank for age mode.
