Based on last year's rank list (2017) released by the Karnataka Examinations Authority, you will have to come within the top 500 which corresponds to a score of 580+ this year. The 2018 cutoff of Bangalore Medical College-

UR : 686-469 marks range
OBC : 469- 466
SC : 469 - 353
ST : 467 - 304

According to the previous year's cutoff, your NEET score should be minimum 550+ as the cutoff changes every year and so the approximate safe marks range can't be predicted. Keep high target so that atleast you can score near to it or even more which can get you admission in your desired college. Hope you're getting my point.!
However, for ranks- it should be within 2000.
So, prepare well and study smart.!
