What should be minimum percentile in jee mains should I get to get good Niits if I belong to obc?

There are 27% reservation for obc candidates  in NITs. Total seats in Nit is around 15000. So seats reserved for obc is 4000. Considering droping of students and going forIITs and other colleges, you need to have rank less than 7000 to get core branches. You will get lower branches till 10000 in obc cateogry . So required percentile is 97.

To obtain a seat in one of the NITs, you should score a percentile above 90 percentage and for getting a good NIT such as NIT Thrichi,NIT Surathkal, percentile above 95 percentage and a rank about 1000  is required.For NIT last year cutoff go to
